We designed a detailed simulation model to assist a mid-sized technology company in navigating the complex process of relocating and redesigning its office headquarters. This internal case study addressed real-world concerns such as contractor and vendor alignment, physical downtime minimization, and effective communication across IT, HR, and management teams.
By simulating various scenarios and outcomes, we created a versatile planning framework that highlights key phases of infrastructure transitions — from initial space assessments to post-move change management. This methodology now serves as a cornerstone in how we approach organizational relocation and space optimization for knowledge-based industries.
