As part of our internal sustainability initiative, we developed a simulation to assess the viability of energy-efficient construction for future commercial development projects. The study examined a wide range of factors — from architectural planning and green certifications to long-term maintenance costs and regulatory requirements.
We placed special focus on interdepartmental collaboration, renewable energy integration, and sustainable procurement methods. The findings not only advanced our internal capabilities in managing environmentally responsible projects, but also strengthened our consulting framework for advising clients on low-impact infrastructure investments.
